This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party (including third parties with whom you interact through the Website or the Services). By using the Website or Services, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Website or the Services.

• Sensitive Information You Provide: Financial statements, bank statements, revenue data, tax IDs, credit information and related documents; do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

• Information About Other People: Co‑borrowers, guarantors, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and family members (including their contact information and identifiers) that you provide.

• Non‑PII / Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, session analytics, and similar technical data collected via cookies and related technologies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Directly from you when you submit forms, upload documents, create an account, request financing matches, or otherwise communicate with us.

• Automatically as you navigate the Website, including through cookies, web beacons and similar technologies.

• From third parties that help us provide the Services or that you authorize us to contact (e.g., credit or banking data sources, service providers, or lending partners).

 

5.  Information We Collect Automatically

We automatically collect and store certain information about your device and use of the Website and Services. This may include your IP address, general location (derived from IP), device identifiers, browser type and settings, pages you view, time spent, links you click, and diagnostic information. We may use cookies (small files stored on your device), web beacons (transparent pixels used to count visits or track email opens), and similar technologies. These third parties may use first‑party cookies and identifiers (e.g., the Google Analytics cookie) together with third‑party cookies or identifiers (e.g., the DoubleClick cookie) to gather data about your activities on our Website. For example, remarketing allows us to reach people who previously visited our Website.

Opt‑out options: You can visit the Self‑Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and the Network Advertising Initiative opt‑out page. For Google Ads preferences, visit http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/. Because these pages are operated by third parties and are browser‑specific, we cannot perform opt‑outs on your behalf.

• Analyze usage to improve the Website and Services, and to compile aggregated statistics.

• Any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Lending Partners: To facilitate funding requests, we may share submitted information with our network of lenders and financing providers.

• Service Providers: With vendors that host, operate, analyze, or support our Website and business operations.

• Affiliates & Subsidiaries: For purposes consistent with this Policy.

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

• Legal & Safety: To comply with law or enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, property, and safety of Accrefi, our users, or others.

• With Your Consent: For any other disclosure you authorize.

Note About Disclosure to Third Parties: Some Services require disclosure to third parties (e.g., lending partners). If you proceed with submissions or indicate consent, you authorize such disclosures. Once disclosed, a third party’s handling of information is governed by that party’s privacy practices, not this Policy.

9.  Your Choices Regarding Our Use and Disclosure of Information

Marketing Preferences: To modify marketing communications, email privacy@accrefi.com or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Cookies & Tracking: You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies or alert you when cookies are set. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Website may not function properly.

 

10.  Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because no common industry standard has been adopted, we do not respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we make reasonable efforts to honor browser‑based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt‑out rights.

You may request access to PII collected over the previous twelve (12) months by emailing info@accrefi.com. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee where permitted by law and may deny requests that are frivolous, infringe others’ rights, or are otherwise restricted by law. We may also deny deletion requests where necessary to prevent fraud or ensure security.

14.  State‑Specific Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific rights (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)). These may include the right to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of certain personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing. Nevada Residents: You may opt out of the sale of certain personal information under Nevada law by contacting info@accrefi.com. We do not currently sell personal information as defined by Nevada law.

This Policy is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

16.  Children Under the Age of 18

The Website and Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
